To train individuals to lead teams and manage more complex Lean Six Sigma projects, according to the DMAIC methodology, offering various advanced techniques to analyze the organization's processes in order to identify relevant factors and create solutions for the implementation and maintenance of improvement opportunities, thereby perpetuating gains for the organization.
Our course is very practical. Professionals already develop a simulated project during training, meaning we align theory with practice.
Project Coaching — At the end of the in-company training, your team will have the opportunity to develop a Real Six Sigma Black Belt improvement project within your company, where they will be supported by an online mentor (Coach) for up to 1 year after completing the course to assist in the project execution process and thus deliver positive results to your organization in a timely manner.
You will be entitled to two certificates:
Training participation certificate — Issued at the end of the course.
Qualification Certificate — For this, it is necessary to fulfill a minimum attendance of 85%, obtain an average of 7.0 points or higher on the final exam, and present this Real Six Sigma Black Belt improvement within 1 year after completing the course.
