About the Project

The "Solar Energy Project in Ivory Coast" is an initiative by Oporto Forte aimed at tackling the challenge of lack of access to electricity in the region. Through the construction of a 30MW photovoltaic park, we are betting on renewable energies as a sustainable solution to this problem.

This project will not only provide a source of clean and renewable energy for the local population, but also contribute to reducing dependency on fossil fuels and mitigating climate change. We believe that solar energy, leveraging the vast natural resources of the region, can play a crucial role in the energy transformation of Ivory Coast.

Project Objectives

• Promoting Renewable Energies: The project aims to promote the use of renewable energies, demonstrating the potential of solar energy as a sustainable solution to the lack of electricity.
   
• Reducing Dependence on Fossil Fuels: By providing a source of renewable energy, the project will contribute to reducing dependence on fossil fuels and mitigating climate change.
   
• Stimulating the Local Economy: The project also aims to stimulate the local economy by creating jobs and business opportunities in the renewable energy sector.
   
• Educating the Local Population: The project aims to educate the local population about the benefits of renewable energies and the importance of sustainability.
